We used Eddie to both sell our home and purchase a new home and were beyond thrilled. Eddie was extremely motivated and took the initiative to get our house sold quickly, we even got more money than we thought we would for the house. He was readily available at all times for any questions or advice. He explained each step of the process thoroughly. One moment that really stood out was on the day of the “walk through” on the home we were selling. The buyers were upset that certain items were left in the house. Eddie called us immediately but had already organized a solution to the problem. He brought over a truck and personally helped us take 2 trips to the dump to ensure our house would close. We are very pleased and will be referring to all our friends and family.
